 UPS Shipping Rates Error

I've been getting these errors sporadically, but recently it's very often. Now several times per day. I'll post a screen shot. Using version Ecommerce PlusASP v6.7.3

UPS are complaining because your server does not support TLS v1.2, you need a server/host that does (like us ) They have been monkeying with it for some months, but now it's a permanent change and you won't be able to get UPS rates without that support.

I do believe we are TLS 1.2 compatible, I put some details in this thread:

It says in that thread you support TLS 1.0 so maybe that is being used in preference to TLS 1.2. I believe TLS 1.0 should be disabled.
