When I try to upload categoryinventory.csv, I get

Unknown column 'sectionid' in 'field list'
ERROR:
Column list is: "sectionid,sectionname,sectionworkingname,sectionimage,topsection,sectionorder,rootsection,sectiondisabled,sectionurl,sectiondescription"

I've rerun the installation process for version 7.19 which is the version we are running currently on our test server, but I still get this error.

Help, I don't know what to do!

Is this a third party modification you have because there is no category csv upload feature in the standard ECT software.
If that's the case you'll need to speak to the developer of the mod
