PHP and ASP Updater Download Problems

When downloading all I get is PDF with links to forum and and links to buy updates again. Tried downn loading with Edge and Chrome. What gives ?

You will now need to download the updater by entering the email address you used on purchase at https://www.ecommercetemplates.com/updaters.asp

The updater files will overwrite all your vsadmin and inc files with the exception of db_conn_open.php and includes.php. The updatestore.php file will update your database. Your design and categories / products will be unaffected.

We do recommend making a full back up of your site and database before updating.
