Please help me; I'm baffled.

I created a user profile for the USPS, BUT;

I ship a coffee mug which weighs 1 lb. boxed to zip code 19012 and it costs me $7.50. I then ship a coffee mug which weighs 1 lb. boxed to zip code 02474 and that one costs me $8.00. Both mugs go vis USPS First Class mail. Both are good prices.

My web site shipping methods are:
USPS Method: First Class Commercial
First Class Mail
Retail Ground

My web site (memories4sale.com) sells a similar mug and the shipping costs to zip code 19012 or 02474 it says "There are no methods available for your shipping destination." If I use zip code 97212 I get "Authorization failure. Perhaps username and/or password is incorrect."

Am I missing something?

PS - If it's a must have, you can probably setup weight based shipping and simulate USPS rates and use that.
