Hi there,

How do I enable the terms and conditions tick box at checkout?

I am trying to set up the below mentioned in the instructions.

"If you want to show an inline pop up on checkout of your terms and conditions
for your customers to agree to, make a new content region with the region
name "termsandcondtions"

Hi Jason

To make your customers agree to your terms and conditions on checkout add the following line to includes.php $termsandconditions=TRUE;

Steve, I tried this below from the manual guide, but this doesnt work. Any ideas?

"Terms & Conditions
If you want to show an inline pop up on checkout of your terms and conditions
for your customers to agree to, make a new content region with the region
name "termsandcondtions" and then add your terms to the content field. You
will require a minimum version of 6.9.2 and have the t&c feature turned on in
includes.asp or includes.php - no other settings are required as the system
will recognize the new content region from the region name."

Hi Jolly-Martian
I just tried here to make sure and one thing I noticed is that until you select a country the Terms and Conditions checkbox is hidden. Maybe that has something to do with this? Have you made doubly sure this parameter is in your includes.php file?
$termsandconditions=TRUE;
If you've checked that and a content region named "termsandconditions" exists in the Content Regions admin page, please send me the site FTP login to my email.
