Hello I have the Premium Generic Version I cannot seem to get an order confirmation after a purchase I am relaying theu smtp.office365 It was working ,it just stopped Is there a log directory I can look at the smtp errors? I have it set for port 587,secure smtp set to none Please advise Warren
You can add this parameter to your includes.asp file:
debugmode=true
and run a test order. That will display some handy information on your screen that will aid you in troubleshooting. Remove it when done or your customers will see it.

Hi Warren The default would probably depend on which email object you are using, if a secure connection is set and so on. If it works however, I would just go with the settings you have.
