I just ran a site through https://www.accessibilitychecker.org/ and it failed it because of the close.gif image on the quick buy popup. Apparently it sees all .gif images as being active and stated the problem is a person cannot "freeze" the image. In my opinion I think they are being trivial in this case, but if a site is to pass (according to them), you cannot have a .gif image. For what it is worth, the https://wave.webaim.org/ site did not make mention that there could be a problem.

I changed the close.gif to close.png and made the appropriate changes in the inc/incfunctions.php file and all is good. However, it still did not like
<img style="margin:30px" src="images/preloader.gif"

Hi Marshall
What I've done is add the image to the ectcart.css file in v7.5 so that you can redefine it much more easily. It's currently...

div.scclose::after{
content:url(../images/close.gif);
}

The pre-loader is an animated GIF and as far as I understand that can't be changed as there is no animated PNG.
