This is the second attempt at using the Free Shipping discount, and again there are small shipping charges being added to orders that qualify for free shipping ($100 plus, US only). Need help, this is being promoted in an email campaign this morning.

Never mind, fixed it by removing the option to automatically add insurance in Main Settings.
