USPS International shipping

SharpLL Starting Member USA 14 Posts	Posted - 06/13/2023 : 10:47:56 I have a customer from Australia who has tried to order but gets the message "There are no methods available for your shipping destination" on the checkout pages one and three. I've also tried with the same results. I just shipped an order to Australia two weeks ago and it worked fine. The product has Options. We have tested other countries, and the only shipping that works is USA. All international countries have no methods available. Is anyone else having this issue? My cart was just updated in March. Is this US postal for example, and if so, what services are you offering? For example, first class mail international only allows up to four pounds, so if that's the only international service you are offering, and the order is over four pounds, then you would get that message. SharpLL Starting Member USA 14 Posts	Posted - 06/13/2023 : 13:30:32 I dropped the weight and the delivery option is available, but it's only showing USPS Priority, not first class. A difference between $71.20 and $37.10 actual shipping at the post office. Linda L Sharp

I did change the weight so it was under 4 pounds and it now shows delivery methods, but only International Priority Mail rate not International First Class rate. Thank you! Linda Linda L Sharp

dbdave ECT Moderator USA 10411 Posts	Posted - 06/13/2023 : 14:33:02 I have not shipped with US postal in some time now - so you should check their website for rules regarding first class international as they may have changed them. It was 4 pounds, but maybe they changed it. There may be other restrictions preventing that service from showing as well. In the end, it sounds like everything is working correctly, it's just your shipment does not qualify for first class international - at least to Australia. Thanks, David
