On the banner, I'm using it to show only manufacturer logos. Right now, each shows for about six seconds. I'd like to decrease that time to maybe two or three seconds.

I'm not finding in the style sheet or otherwise where this can be changed. Where is that setting?

Also, I'm trying to modify the menu in the template but it's not uploading to the other pages as it did previously. It doesn't matter how I handle the upload as previously discussed with Vince.

I think you are using a Bootstrap Carousel and that has this to set the timing...

data-interval="3000"

Did you already change it?

What file is that setting in? I'm not finding carousel.

What about the files not updating with the template being loaded, alone or with all supported files?

We're still wanting to find out why the template is not updating the supported pages.

There really needs to be someone on US soil dedicated to dealing with support during THESE hours.


Had I known I was going to run into such issues on this I'd have been better off paying monthly subscriptions and I'd have been up and running months ago.

Right now, I'm into this several hundred dollars into this between the template and other add-ons. I'm so far behind, it's very sad.

To be fair, the problems you are having are to do with Dreamweaver and that is a US company (Adobe) on US soil with US support times. The product also costs quite a bit more than your ECT license I'm sure but even if their support isn't quite as forthcoming as ours we still try to be patient with you and sort your issues out.

I had a look in that file and I can see the line just fine. Maybe you are just looking at the wrong file. If you want me to change it for you, please let me know.

All my issues here have to do with CenTexLube.

As for Adobe, it's a multinational company with their products used around the world and widely across Europe as well.
