I want to cut this down to only two menus. Right now, it shows a dropdown box for four menus. How do I decrease the size of that box?

One for manufacturers and one for categories.

What should the syntax be for manufacturers?

The Mega Menu is setup so that you can have a single column menu or a 4 column mega menu. You can't have 2 or 3 columns however I'm afraid.
