This is a bug fix roundup for the v5.0 release.

Products where the stock level was set by product options could sometimes incorrectly show as out of stock.

Stock levels for options were missing on the stock inventory dump.

The extra order field 3 has been moved to its correct position in the thanks page and admin orders page.

For those using Capture Card with ASP Encrypt, the ASP Encrypt component is now referenced on SSL avoiding annoying messages about referencing an item on a non-SSL connection.

Some changes have been made for the ourESolutions XML output for Quickbooks.

A minor change has been made in the affiliate and product options admin files.
