A problem has been fixed where the shipping and handling totals could appear incorrect when using the linkpoint payment processor.
A problem has been fixed where carts with a zero cost could error on reaching the thanks page.
A problem has been fixed where the AVS code could be incorrectly displayed instead of the authorization code for authorize.net SIM orders.
The transaction ID is now saved for authorise.net SIM orders.
A problem has been fixed where the order dump could generate an incorrect CVS file when using multiple languages.
Static pages are now honoured when using the previous/next links on the product detail pages.
The category working name is now used on the product admin pages.
Disabled products are now highlighted on the product admin pages.
