Updaters and Replacement Software

The original purchase of the Ecommerce Template comes with 6 months of updates and support. You can renew that period at any time after it expires by purchasing the updater below for the ASP or PHP version that corresponds to your store.

Do remember to use the same email on the updater purchase as you did for your first purchase - this will also be the email you'll need to use in your forum profile for posting any support issues.

Updaters are cumulative so you will only ever need to install the latest. The updater will not overwrite any design changes you have made but will replace your vsadmin and inc files except for the database connection and includes files. We do have a help page for updaters available here and a tutorial here.

Once you have purchased the updater it can be downloaded from our updaters page.

If you lose your Ecommerce Templates shopping cart software or want to change designs, it can be replaced for a price of €49.95. We will send you on the latest full version of the template you originally purchased or the one you want to change to. You can choose from any of our CSS designs, Responsive Designs or Premium responsive designs for the same low price.

The replacement software service comes with 6 months support and updates.

Following purchase please contact us with the details of the original purchase so we can locate your order and email you the replacement.
