I have used ECT since Jan 2005 and I can say that Andy, Vince & the team are second to none. Their support forum is the best I have used since starting my internet experience in 1996. Believe me I have used many forums.

I have also used a vast range of other shopping cart software's but none come close to ECT. The teams dedication with very regular updates makes this software worth double the price.

Here is to the next ten years of me developing many more customer e-commerce websites.

I've used ECT for about 10 years. My choice is the php and/or WordPress platforms. The cart is more than flexible, efficient to maintain, and highly efficient. Most importantly, my employees can read and process the order management flawlessly with little training. THAT"S important.

With regard to support, I cannot recall a single time my question wasn't addressed by the ECT team. The forum is invaluable.
