Got an email from one of my clients saying affiliate sales are not showing up. "Actually I couldn't find anything under valid affiliates. So I checked invalid affiliates and found several orders..." I too checked and sales are not showing up under valid affiliates. The percentage is set to 10 and cookie to 60 days in the includes.php file. Thoughts?

Solution:
The .com?PARTNER=AFFILIATEID was being rewritten to .com/?PARTNER=AFFILIATEID for the home page thus generating invalid affiliate sales. The correction was making the link .com/index.php?PARTNER=AFFILIATEID.
