When I click on the email a friend and ask a question icons, the form field titles for both of these are for my name, my email, my friend's email, and comments; they are the same form. (The askaquestion icon is not enabled right now because of this problem.)

Another question: I am using facebook, pintrest, email friend and ask question icons. This is what I have in includes.asp:

Thanks. The test question email has already come through but the test friend one hasn't. Will give it a few hours before I panic since it's not that critical.

Check your spam / junk folders as it may end up there. It sounds like your general email settings are fine so I wouldn't try changing those.

Already set up to not go to spam/junk. For some reason it takes a long time for me to get them no matter what email I use. Not too concerned yet since I know the forum helped me with my initial problems I had with it.

Nope. No test email a friend received. I'm not going to bother with email a friend even though I know some would use it. The last time I had this not receiving friend email was due to my darling web host server and I'm sure that's what's going on again.
