6.8.1 (ADMIN) Need classes for option name

It will take some time to soak it all in, but right off, I notice the product options, on the admin orders page, there is no class there on the div for option name, or the text for the option for that matter. I would like to see some classes added there. Actually if the option is a text input where the customer has entered some text, it would be wonderful if it had a different class than a standard option.
