Good Day,

I would like to use my online web site to have some select B2B customers place their orders online but pay me on Terms, etc. I don't want to process the payment online but I do want the Order to be able to be placed, thus its in my database and I can download it/ODBC to it to obtain the orders and process it in house. I would like them to get an email with there order etc...but just no payment processing is need to complete the order. How would I go about doing something like this?

Easy, under payment providers in your admin, turn on "email"

If you want it to only show for certain customers, then you can assign that payment option a login level and then have your customers create accounts that will need to use this, and then assign them the same login level.
Then everyday customers cannot place orders without paying.

Hi Ardade, there are two Email payments in the admin under Payment providers (Email and Email2 ) Select modify and change the Show As text to Terms / PO or whatever you need. Email Payment provided can also be set for Login levels which most b2b don't mind setting up accounts if they don't already have one. When setting the login level only those customers with the login level will be able to see the payment provided assigned to that login level. Example Paypal No login level - Email login level 5 customers with login level 5 will see both, customers with no login level will only see Paypal.

Thank you guys sounds like it will do. Another aspect of this would be that the 3 customers that I'm thinking 2 of them have the same products but different pricing and the other has totally different products with different pricing. Besides using the logon levels to pay via email, they can have different products, different pricing? right? Also is there a limit on the amount of customers/tier levels you can setup with these types differences? I mean within reason...

Hi ardade, You can set a percentage discount in the account in the admin client login. The 2 with the same pricing could have the same login level, the one with different products and different pricing well that can be a little tricky.

If you want to have more than the default 5 login levels, set the following to have 10 for

maxloginlevels=10
