Regarding the listed Shipping Carriers. Could we have an option to add a Shipping Carrier for those of us (and there are many) not in the U.S.?

We don't use any of the ones listed in the current list, and there is no ability to add carriers (that I'm aware of).

The only US only shipping carrier we support is USPS, for the UK we have Royal Mail rates, for Canada, Canada Post and for Australia for example Australia Post. We can only really add the major players for online rates and for others it's possible to use weight based shipping and set up rules that mimic the rates of the individual carrier.
