Pre-Populate the Amnt, Frm and Msg for Donations

Its has been a long time need of mine, like 10 years, to be able to sell inventory that is NOT in my database but listed in my PDF catalog. Remember, this was a request I had ask help for many years ago... :-) Your recommendation at the time was to use the Donations page - and to have the customer populate the amount - Well, what I would like to do is populate the amount, from and description pulled from the free-form orders page (I just created) that the customer just filled out... Hence the reason I am hoping you can assist me in populating the amount, from and message from the calling page into my Payments (Donations) page.. This is my favorite reply... :-) I can now have a seamless integration between a customer filling out their order and making payment for that order...
