If you want to change the default text that introduces each of the features then you can make this addition to includes.php

$csrecommendedtitle='Your recommended title';
$csalsoboughttitle='Your also bought title';
$csrelatedtitle='Your related title';
$csbestsellerstitle='Your best seller title';
