I want to create a row of Images/links on my index.php where they;

1. Trigger a highlight effect on my Left hand links to help customers get to the correct Links
2. also can a Product Description Balloon POP up on mouse over also?

I used to have the product Desc. balloons on an old site.

My question I guess is are these features built in to ECT vs. 6.8.1?

Can the magic Toolbox with the lefthand link highlighting?
Would it be easier to re-design the ul#navlist LINKS?

Hi Merritt, 6.8.1 has the standard dynamic menu with links only no descriptions are available for the menu items. As far as I know Magic Toolbox is only used on product images on the products page and the detail page. You could manually set it up on the home page you would need to refer to their site for manual instructions https://www.magictoolbox.com/magiczoomplus/integration/ There are plenty of menu system out there however they will not integrate with the shopping cart software without a developer getting involved, you can set them up manually, check over at codecanyon for responsive vertical menu.

i have 3 things I need and would like to get a Developer who utilizes ECT software.

But have had small success getting anyone interested, I don't know if its the particulars of the jobs.

1. Searchbox that searchs 3 dbase attributes Length - Width - Height - with sorts by price or weight

2. Add-On that allows users to utilize their own UPS/Fedex Shipping Acct. I understand it won't charge their account but I will always have their CC to charge in case of dishonesty.

3. re-do menu & links style on Index per this post:

images menu with mouseover that pops up desc. balloon, & somehow (color background on Text/Links?) highlights correct lefthand links (high lighted in jpg posted here)

I went to code canyon and searched but didn't see exactly what I was looking for, although I see all the styles etc.
I would have to re-install/trouble shoot after every store update on those?
