Blank CSS admin file

Vince or Andy mentioned in a recent post that in one of the updaters / recent releases that there is now a blank CSS file for the admin where we can add any changes that we make so that those changes wouldn't be lost / affected by updating. Just create a blank file called ectadmincustom.css and pop it in the vsadmin folder and then add your CSS styles to it and it will be used automatically by the admin.
