Customers occasionally get the following error when they click the checkout button:
"Active Server Pages error 'ASP 0115'
Unexpected error
/cart.asp
A trappable error [C0000005] occurred in an external object. The script cannot continue running".
The order completes to authorize.net and money is put in the bank but the order never gets marked as completed.
This is intermittent, happens about 1 out of 10 times
Just updated to 6.6.7, still getting the error.
Ran successfully for years but recently changed hosts and it started happening.
Host says they can't help because it requires a purchase to test.
This is a busy time for our store and we want to avoid puttung it in a test or sandbox mode if possible.

Hi Storeman, it does sound like its going to boil down to the host, can you ask them the check your application pool is running correctly
