Having some issues and now I think I know when there have been no sales the past 2 weeks. A customer was nice enough to send me a copy of what they are encountering. During checkout it says User Authentication Failed. Any ideas of what is causing it?

I use Paypal but it seems to happen when customers check out and select Credit Card. I tried it myself and get the same error. Use USPS and UPS for shipping service.

I have used paypal as my credit card merchant (business merchant account) for years. Dont use google checkout and havent updated that listing to remove it.

Andy, I went back in to check the providers and none of them was checked.... funny thing is it worked until 11/21? Where do I get API account info ?

I would go through your settings for the payment providers and also for the shipping companies and check those are correct. If you get the same error regardless of the payment method the problem will be with the shipping set up. Andy Please feel free to review / rate our software

I contacted paypal and they are asking this: "Does your website have any debug logs that you can send showing the full API request and response? That should show us what the issue is"

Check which payment methods are enabled in the payment providers admin page so that only the ones you want to use have the "Enabled" box checked. Do you know which payment method is causing you the problem now? Andy Please feel free to review / rate our software

The issue is with Paypal Payflow Pro..... it no longer works and had to switch over to Paypal Payments Advanced.

Yes, once I removed Paypal Payflow Pro and added the other one it started working again.
