Hi Guys,

I have just updated to 6.8.3 and the email to the customer is unformated.

It appears to have no css file linked to it. (as the new layout requires it?)

Am I missing something?

cheers
Ross

Hi Guys,

there are a number of classes in the email body, but they are NOT is the latest ectcart.css file

receiptoptname, receiptbillingaddress are examples.

/* STYLE SHEET FOR THE ECT CART PAGE
Last Modified: 2017-11-23
*/
is what is in the latest asp download.

Might be the issue?

cheers
Ross

Hi Ross

The email to the customer is table based (most email clients don't play nicely with css) - it really should be the same as before - are you definitely sending HTML emails?

Hi Andy,

I added a mod by Dave and one section of the code messed up the emails to the customer

see - https://www.ecommercetemplates.com/support/post.asp?method=Reply&TOPIC_ID=109084&FORUM_ID=3

I've removed it and all is well.

Thanks
Ross
