Ecommerce Plus PHP v6.8.2, shipping estimate is not adding in the $3.95 handling cost on the first page. Only the USPS costs.

If you want the shipping and handling combined you'd need this in includes.php

$combineshippinghandling=TRUE;

If you're not using that, the handling doesn't show in the shipping estimate.

$combineshippinghandling=TRUE; is enabled. But the first shipping estimate only shows the actual usps cost. then during the checkout it shows the combined shipping and handling.

I need to make it so both the estimator and the checkout costs are combined and the same. This was how it previously was before the update.

I'll do some testing here and get back to you on this if that's ok?

Just a note, I removed the estimator from our cart because it was causing confusion.

It's a bug I'm afraid but I've just uploaded the fix in the updater. The change is in the inccart.php script.
