Email Friend Feature - Two Problems

Posted - 12/16/2017 : 04:27:56 Hi Two Questions about "email friend" - Question One: Referring to - https://www.lr-westend.co.uk/proddetail.php?prod=chanterelle If I use test the "Email Friend" link, the first time it works. Thereafter, I get Fatal error: Cannot redeclare jsenc() (previously declared in /home/sisdev89/public_html/lr-westend.co.uk/emailfriend.php:29) in /home/sisdev89/public_html/lr-westend.co.uk/vsadmin/inc/incfunctions.php on line 2189 Question Two: When I did make it work, its look was all coming from "inline CSS". I've not set that, so where can I find it to edit it?!

MikeB New Member 51 Posts Pre-sales questions only (More Details...)	Posted - 12/16/2017 : 04:58:23 Hi Andy, How do I tell? I've not updated it in the last few days. Logging in, it says "Ecommerce Plus PHP v6.7.3" and no updates available - but how can I verify that that applies to all the files?

What's the easiest way to make sure I have all the core files up to date? Is the updater download a complete set? Also, any thoughts on my second question - the pop-up's look was all coming from "inline CSS". I've not set that, so where can I find it to edit it?
Andy ECT Moderator 95440 Posts	Posted - 12/16/2017 : 06:37:50 To make sure all the files are copied over just check the date stamp on the server via your ftp program - they should all show the date / time of update. MikeB New Member 51 Posts Pre-sales questions only (More Details...)	Posted - 12/16/2017 : 10:34:51 Thanks - I sorted that with just some css in the head of the proddetail page. We - Sinbad and I - a few days ago couldn't make individual product detail pages work, so this is a compromise that kind of does - but not sure what I'll be doing with products with multiple images. I guess cross that bridge if I get that far.
