I know this isn't the correct place to be putting this question, but I've already purchased at least 3 versions of your cart and a couple of updaters and I don't want to pay another $60 to get an answer to this question. Please help me even though my time has expired.

It's an old cart, running on an old version. You can see it at www.shattered-music.com. I'm trying to make a change in the includes file and when I uploaded it, I get "77" above the navigation on the left side of every page. Can you tell me what that is, why that is, and perhaps what I did wrong? I'd really appreciate it.

The "77" also appears on the admin pages.

Hi SK

We don't charge $60 to get an answer to a question. It's $44.95 for 6 months of support and updates or $59.95 for 12 months. Unlike the vast majority of shopping cart software vendors we don't charge a monthly fee just to use the software but we do offer very reasonable rates for support & updates.

I do apologize because I can see that that offended you. I haven't "qualified" for assistance for quite a long time so I was asking a favor and a helping hand. And since you don't answer questions unless a person has an active account and the current rate is $45 ... or $60 if you purchase the updater ... I made my comment. Again, sorry if it hit a sensitive spot.

I'm here this time to tell you what the problem was and that I can only call it "operator malfunction".
Mea culpa and so sorry to have riled you and wasted your time.
