Hi,

I know you can use %ordername% to add a customer's name in the abandoned cart and other emails.

It would be great if we could use the first name only to personalise emails.

For example I would prefer to be able to start an abandoned cart email with 'Dear Peter' rather than 'Dear Peter Smith'
