Yesterday I moved my host server and now I am not able to access my store admin, but products all seem to be loaded in the store. Is there something else I need to do to get access to my admin?

321actionvideo.com/

nothing loads

Hi

When you moved host did you export / import your database and set up the new database details in vsadmin/db_conn_open.php?

The new host handled all the migration, and looks like the databases were all moved and named the same as originals. So I will check and make sure passwords also stayed same, anything else that could have changed in migration to loom for?

The most likely problem are the settings in db_conn_open.php but also check what version of PHP is running on the server.

I'm seeing the following when I view the source code
<SCRIPT language="php">

and end tags of
<SCRIPT/>

Take a look at this thread here - https://www.ecommercetemplates.com/support/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=107737 and make the necessary changes to the vsadmin/db_conn_open.php and the vsadmin/includes.php and that should sort out your issue.

I would also highly recommend you update to the latest ECT version of the software

I have found the problem. There was a PHP fatal error due to your script being incompatible with PHP 7.1

[10-Jan-2018 17:33:04 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function mysql_query() in /home/n21act5/public_html/vsadmin/inc/languagefile.php:10

I've changed the PHP version for you to php 5.6 and the fatal error is now gone. There is a non fatal php warning now showing on the cart. The server is set to *not display errors on a page so this means there is a php directive somewhere in one of your files that is calling to display errors. Please take a look at the script to see if there is an option to turn off the error displaying (display_errors). If you're unable to find it, I'll see if I can have Shane take a look at your script when he comes on to modify your scripts outdated code so that it resolves the errors for you (the errors are related to the older version of php it's built for, older than the currently old php5.6 that I changed your site to).

It seems you are using an older version of ECT. If you update to the latest you'll find it is compatible with PHP 7.1

I think it's always best to be running the latest stable version of both PHP and the store software.

We upgraded back to 7.1, but now get an error that I think is a word press error, but it only shows on the store pages

Hi Michael, the error is referencing plug-in.php the first place to check would be the plug-ins, can you try deactivating them then re-enable them 1 by 1 checking the site after each to see which one is the culprit.
