I’m having a problem with the notify feature since I started to use alternate products IDs. When I put items back in stock the notify emails are not sending. The product IDs are like this:

QS-SEAT-MIX-N-MATCH / QS-SEAT-MIX-N-MATCH-PORT and QS-4PC-MIXNMATCH / QS-MIDNIGHTCORD4

The products that don’t use alternate IDs send correctly.

Any ideas? Thank you in advance.

That shouldn't cause any problems - is this always happening and mails not going to spam / junk?

I wasn't certain that the e-mails were not being sent, or if they were sending but just not being removed from the list, so I set an item that I'm having the problem with to zero and signed up to be notified and then added the item back to the inventory and I did receive the email and my item was removed from the notify list. I'm wondering now if these customers have been on the list since before I upgraded to ECT php v6.73 and php version 5.6.19 about two weeks ago. I know that I can retrieve the list from the database and manually send the e-mails so I'll do that and then see if the problem recurs.

There really shouldn't be any issues with alt prod id and the Notify mails so it may have just been coincidence.

There are still 18 customers on the list for things that were placed into stock yesterday. The items that didn't have alt product ID's were sent and removed from the list. I retrieved the list from the db and the list dates range from 12/4/17 to 1/29/18.
