I wasn't certain that the e-mails were not being sent, or if they were sending but just not being removed from the list, so I set an item that I'm having the problem with to zero and signed up to be notified and then added the item back to the inventory and I did receive the email and my item was removed from the notify list. I'm wondering now if these customers have been on the list since before I upgraded to ECT php v6.73 and php version 5.6.19 about two weeks ago. I know that I can retrieve the list from the database and manually send the e-mails so I'll do that and then see if the problem recurs.
