Hi! I've now had 5 orders with Amazon Payments where the payment is marked as "suspended" on their side (meaning the payment failed for whatever reason), but it shows up as "authorized" in my cart. In four of those cases, I unfortunately didn't realize it and sent their items anyway, and just am not going to see those funds again, I suspect. I caught the fifth one before shipping. I called them on Friday about this and they said there's nothing they can do on their end (I think they should send an email, but they don't), but that it should show up as unauthorized in the cart, depending on the software. Is there something I maybe don't have set up correctly that it doesn't show up on the cart side? I need to remember to just check Amazon before I sew and ship, but it would be nice to have it in one place :) Thanks!
