Hi,
I am having an issue where my downloads have a 0 Size value, The error in the email Im getting is that the site cannot find the specified path. I have double check that my path is correct and that I have in fact uploaded the zip files needed to download after the client has paid.
Some assistance would greatly be appreciated.

Kind Regards

Hi Gidion

When you last updated your store, did you also upload the latest digital download files - they should be available when you request the updater.

Hi,
All worked well after the update, thats why its confusing me. I did reupload the Includes.asp file after making a change. So might be an issue here?

See below code in includes:

'Digital download // ServeLink

digidownloads=true
iswin2008r2=true
digidownloadpattern="xxxxx\%pid%.zip"
digidownloadsecret="xxxxx"
digidownloadwarn=true
digidownloadmethod="aspupload"
digidownloademail="Your products can be downloaded for the next 10 days by going to the URL%nl%http://www.hookedonembroidery.com/latedownload.asp?ordid=%orderid%&pass=%password%%nl%Or alternatively, go to the URL%nl%http://www.hookedonembroidery.com/latedownload.asp%nl%. . . and enter the order ID %orderid% and password %password%%nl%%nl%"
digidownloaddays=10

%>

Hope this helps.

Hi Gidion
Could you try as a test setting the parameter digidownloadmethod to...
digidownloadmethod="filesystem"
...and see if that works. If not then set it back to aspupload.
I've removed the non relevant entries and anything sensitive from the includes.asp file you posted.

Also, while I think about it the comments seem to suggest that the digital downloads were set up by servelink. Can you ask them if anything changed?
