Would love to see a feature to make a product exempt from international shipping. There are sometimes those weird items that would make it easier to only ship domestic, but still want to make shipping available on other simple items.

Perhaps having it work like this:
on cart.php > disable countries if X item is in the cart and have a displayed message (There are items in your cart that cannot be shipped internationally.)
cart (billing shipping) > only US is available if item is in cart.
