Removed css/ per your request but still no change.
I cannot read my orders at all from my phone anymore because of the formatting.
There was nothing wrong with the way the orders pages were before. Why did you change it?
BTW, what are these pages supposed to look like? On a browser and on a phone?
Can I go back to the old format?

It looks way better - desktop and phone, you will like it once the css is working correctly.

When I use Mac OS High Sierra, with Safari 11.0.3 or even Chrome, the formatting is way off. When I use iPhone 8 with Safari of course, that is also where the formatting is way off.
When I use (older version) Mac OS 10.10.5. Yosemite I can sort of read everything but I don't know if this is what it is supposed to look like. It doesn't look good to me. I get the big blocks at the top in my Safari v. 10.1.2 and with Chrome. I have refreshed and restarted all my devices multiple times and logged in with browsers that I have never used before.

The order detail page: I see, 3 rows of 2 columns of giant blocks. 1st row has 1 block in left column and a big empty space to the right of it. What is supposed to go there? The next row has 2 big blocks one on the left and one next to it on the right. the Third row has only 1 big block in the left column and a big empty space on the right side.
Is this really how it is designed?

The invoice page and packing list page also are all cockeyed.

If there was any shipping details that would show up to the right of the billing details.

Thanks for your response. I do not like this layout at all. The Column heads are too big. The packing slips and invoice information is jammed too close to the product list making the print outs confusing and difficult for our packer to read.

No worries. There is a custom css file you can create and adjust it however you like. That the wonderful part of it.

I tried to make some adjustments but can't get them to work. Is there a cheat sheet? I wanted to make the heads smaller and saw this posted somewhere but it did nothing.
colheading h2 { font-size: 10px;margin-bottom:0px }
Should I adjust in the adminstyle.css or in the ectadmincustom.css?

Hi, adminstyles.css is part of the updater and will be overwritten when you update in the future that is why we recommend using ectadmincustom.css as its not in the updater. Try adding the !important statement to this colheading h2 { font-size: 10px !important; margin-bottom:0px !important; } Winners never quit, quitters never win CSS and Responsive DesignsUser Manual for Ecommerce Templates

No change on the adminorders page. But I notice that on the invoice and packing slip pages the colheadings have the same style attribute but they appear smaller (Actually all the fonts are smaller on the invoice and packing slip pages compared to the adminorders page).
Also, how do I add space above the product table on the invoice and packing page?

Hi you can locate the class for a elements using Firefox or Chrome developer tools. Look at the post here https://www.ecommercetemplates.com/support/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=103094 by Andy under -How do I know what the name of the class is that I need to edit That will help with locating the different classes. FYI, I had to use "div.colheading h2" to make it work. (add "div.")
