I am tasked with building a website which can take payments and use a booking system.
Now he booking system firstly... this is to book for time slots incrementally by 30 minutes a time... and then a deposit payment taken to fullfill the reservation and option for final payment made at the time of booking - or ballance payment made in person when using the booked facilities.
The "callendar" for the booking system would need to allow bookings at any 10 minute interval of the hour
Now the premises that are booked would need staffing and has a potential exposure of 9am to 9pm - so it would be good to do bookings in a "halo" effect so for example 1st april has availability from 6pm to 8pm.. once that is booked - 5pm and up to 9pm becomes available - if 5pm is booked then 4pm opens up and so on.
The system would need to have Members - as there are several legal requirements for the members (its for a firing range before anyone starts thinking brothel... lol) so some members will have fire arms certificates - these being easy as they are pre approved - other membes will be hiring the guns and need to sign a declaration and have photo id and all kept on file, and the members database should be able to be queried for when they attended in the past, also each visit of the none fireams certificate holder would mean they have to re declare their elligability to use the facilities.
Now the shopping cart should also allow the sale of ammunition for the time slots, and also gun upgrades,
An also as a conventional shop as guns, ammo and merchandising are available to buy as well
