We have been trying to diagnose this for several months, but have not had any success.
When a customer successfully makes a purchase or donation, they and the merchant receive a transaction confirmation from the payment provider, but DON'T receive a confirmation of what they purchased from the store.
We end up needing to provide this detail from periodic spreadsheet downloads of orders.
Do you have some suggestions for how to debug or diagnose this?
