I all of a sudden are getting a ton of spam contact page submissions. I need to add a capta or one of the 2+2=? or something that they need to fill in. www.lazermodels (dot) com/contact.php . I am open to any ideas to help prevent this.

Where did you get the form from as maybe the provider has a captcha option you can add?
