I have been update my site to a new tamplate. In the first login to admin panel i got messege:
Login Disabled:

(Flood Control. Please wait 5 seconds between login attempts)
But I did not login even 1 time.

I used password.php to change password, but the same Login Disabled.
Have you dot any idea to resolve this problem?

Hi Andrey, can you try resetting the password again, this time clear your browser history and cache then use the reset file.

I used CCleaner to clean cache and history totally in all browser installed on my computer, but reset really worked only in Microsoft Edge.
Password reset didn't work in Google Chrome and Internet Explorer.
