We are currently running ECT 6.7.3 in our production environment and 6.8.5 in our testing environment. We are testing a migration to WordPress in our testing environment, and the installation of WordPress has indicated that we should upgrade PHP to 5.6 (from 5.5.38) and MySQL to 5.6 (from 5.5.58). Our webhost suport staff indicated (as an aside) that we could upgrade PHP to 7.1, as this would give a performance benefit. Our web hosting site has indicated this would have to be done for our entire site, which would mean that both our production and testing site would be upgraded. Can you tell me if these upgrades will cause us any problems with our ECT database and the ECT PHP code, please? I don't suspect this is an issue that should be treated lightly - our hosting site has indicated that regression is not possible once the upgrade has been performed. Thanks, Dave.
