Have you looked into using Stripe which the cart already supports? From what I read, they charge the same exact fees.

Do you mean 1099-K's or State sales tax reporting?
Edit:
Err, sorry Mike. Didn't see your reply post before I had submitted mine.

OK I am not going to get into a deep debate on how to run a business on this, I live in California every city gets their piece of the pie. I need a quarterly report that breaks down not only the amount of tax I collect but also what city it is from. We do online sales and shows on the road so I use square for the road shows. Stripe and paypal online. Stripe and pay pal only give tax collected but square does tax collected by city in the report. We do not enter indv. orders in quickbooks wo do sales for shows as we are talking 50 to 200 sales in a weekend and this is just easier.
Now why I want this is simple I want one credit card processor that does all I need and does not charge a monthly fee just a percentage.
I hope this explains why I want this so Mike is this something you can do for me? Plus mike if you look on the board there are others asking for the same thing so I see a potential for more sale if you created some form of plug in for square.
Thanks for all the questions. Currently we are doing our quarterly sales tax and we are 2 days now doing conversions for stripe and paypal sales.
