Add PayPal credit as payment option.

I looked at the specs from PayPal developers, but think it is something that needs put in the software, not added merely in the page. Posted - 04/25/2018 : 04:19:13 This has already been implemented in the latest 6.9.1 release with the Braintree integration, which is a PayPal company. However I believe it will only be available on PHP, which by the way runs very nicely on Windows now... so you should seriously consider migrating to PHP if your still on ASP. John
