A question has been presented to me which I cant seem to find the answer to.

Is there a way to add multiple products to multiple categories without having to select each individual one and change the additional sections?

Have found the answer to this one. For everyone else's benefit if they need the answer

Go to product admin
On the left you will see 'Quick Entry'. Select what action you wish to complete
Select the products you want to change
Viola hit update and job done
