Hi, I am getting all sorts of errors recently with regards to my integration with Paypal Payflo, Direct and Express payments!

The latest one I received is "(52) Insufficient permissions to perform transaction"

I've also received several emails from Paypal stating the following:

"Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). IPNs sent to the following URL(s) are failing:

vsadmin/ppconfirm.php "

I also want to know how I could fix the checkout page as it displays "credit card" twice and I don't need it to do this. It confuses me and my customers as they are not sure which one to click.

My last two orders failed to process and I am concerned.

Hi Eddie

Did you have all three set up and working previously? I don't think you would want PayPal Direct and Payflow both enabled as you'd be offering the customer the same choice, that's why you get two Credit Card choices.

Interesting, Paypal advised I have both options active... I previously only used Direct but they had me set up Payflo about a month or two ago. Is direct the best bet?

Yes, I would just use PayPal Direct Payments - I can see why they would recommend PayPal Standard + Direct or PayPal Standard + Payflow Pro but Payflow Pro + Direct wouldn't make much sense as they would both show a credit card form to fill in.

Great I disabled Payflo.

Thanks! Let's hope that removes the error messages I am receiving.

Another question, how do I change the verbiage on the checkout page where it states email and credit card. I need to explain the my customers that when they select email it is for the purpose of checks, money orders or other payment arrangements and adjustments.

That would be in the Show As field in the individual payment providers admin page.
