Hi, My customers continuously complain there login access does not work properly or does not process. I attempted to create a login myself using one of my clients and I found it to not go through. Is there something I am doing wrong? Is it possible for someone to attempt to create an account on my website to see if you get the same results?
My site name is https://www.worldofonesixth.com
Thanks, Eddie

Hi Andy, I can't give you an accurate date as to when it started happening but I do have quite a few customers that successfully created accounts in the past. I would say it is recent though although I cannot find specifically when my customers add their details into my queue.

I was wondering if it was a sessions problem. Do you ever have any issues logging into your store admin? Who are you hosting with by the way as I think something similar came up recently with a Godaddy user. Andy Please feel free to review / rate our software

I do use Godaddy. I have not encountered any issues logging into my admin though.

OK maybe it's not sessions. Do you have any cache coding in your .htaccess file, can you check with your host or hosting control panel to see if there is caching turned on on your server? Andy Please feel free to review / rate our software

Phil, I never heard back from the client to check the log files and I think he was changing server anyway. Were you able to look at the logs and see if anything there was reported after attempting to log in? Andy Please feel free to review / rate our software

Hi Andy, jeff oster isn't my client but was experiencing the exact problem and I was hoping he'd get further with Go Daddy support than my client did. I see since then he's moved to another host. I did try my client's site on my localhost and the issue didn't exist * Database Migrations and Conversions* * ASP to PHP Cart Conversions**Contact Us**Buy The PHP Capture Card Plugin**Rate Our Services/View Our Feedback*

The demo store at ectwp.com is on Godaddy (for testing purposes I hasten to add) and I can't recreate it there. What server set up / plan does the cilent or op have to see if we can narrow it down a bit? Andy Please feel free to review / rate our software

I looked at the site Phil mentioned this morning and that is now working and we're waiting to hear back if any changes were made there as we didn't touch anything. While we're waiting though if you'd like to send me on FTP details I'll check everything looks correct there. Andy Please feel free to review / rate our software
