Using v.Ecommerce Plus ASP v6.7.2 on my site - www.lovepate.co.uk When I receive an order it sends:- Thanks with order, info to client + Order at your Store, to my email. [as requested in - main settings - in back-office]
I am using same main settings in my web - www.kitchenworktopsdirect.co.uk - using Ecommerce Plus ASP v6.9.2. When I receive an order it sends - Thanks with order, info to client BUT DOES NOT SEND - Order at your Store, to my email. [as requested in - main settings - in back-office]
So I do not know if an order has been placed.
???something in the main vsadmin ???
why does it not send - email route is valid & receives separately sent emails - so that is OK.
