The problem I'm having is the SITE ID and the SITE PASSWORD.

DHL sent me my login info.
The login information consisted of the following:
Account Number
Username
Password

The DHL Admin setup page of the shopping cart is asking for the following:

SITE ID
SITE PASSWORD
ACCOUNT NUMBER

I have tried to use the username as the SITE ID
and the password as the SITE PASSWORD
But this is not working.

Where do I find the SITE ID and the SITE PASSWORD?

I have read the DHL information in the user manual but still unable to locate this information.


Please advise.

As far as I'm aware the ID is the username and there's no other password than the one there. Is it possible to confirm with DHL that you have the correct information for your account? Have you also tested in the dhl sandbox, set ths in includes.php for the test transactions...

The login information DHL gave me works to login on their website.
But the same info does not work in the shopping cart.

No, I have not done any sandbox testing; I think I read where you have already done the testing.

I'll give it a try.

Can you try the sandbox and let us know how it goes. If there is an error of any kind, can you copy & paste it here?
