Hi Andy,
I have a client who uses UPS shipping and offers free UPS ground. All his free shipping products have a weight but are set to shipping exempt.

At the final point of checkout he wants the drop down option to display with the other available shipping methods he has enabled within his UPS shipping methods. The drop down option does display for the products that are not set to shipping exempt, but there's no option for the free ship products with his current set up. He's telling me his other cart that is on a very old version of the software displays the drop down, and indeed it does.

Is there a method of doing this please?

How does the FSA box function on each of the shipping methods in the UPS admin?

What if I remove the shipping exempt and check the FSA box for UPS ground? I've tried it and it doesn't give free shipping.

In the shipping methods the FSA box is selected for the methods the free shipping discount should apply to.

Making products shipping exempt has no relation to the FSA or discount set up, it simply means don't consider for shipping costs at all regardless of the method used or discounts available.
